泛塞封

泛塞封是一种U型铁氟龙内装特殊弹簧的高性能密封件，由适当的弹簧力加上系统流体压力，将密封唇（面）顶出而轻轻压住被密封的金属面以生成非常良好的密封效果。弹簧的致动效应可以克服金属配合面的轻微偏心以及密封唇的磨耗，而持续保有预期的密封性能。

铁氟龙（PTFE）是一种耐化学性、耐热性良好的密封材料，可应用于绝大多数的化学流体、溶剂、以及液压油、润滑油，其膨润性很小故可长期发挥密封性能，利用各种特殊弹簧来克服铁氟龙或其他高性能橡胶塑料的弹性问题，开发出可替换绝大数应用于静态或动态（往复或旋转运动）的密封件，使用温度范围可由冷媒至300℃，压力由真空至较高压力700kg移动速度高达20m／s，而弹簧可因应不同的使用环境，选用不锈钢、ElgiloyHastelloy等，故可应用于各种高温腐蚀流体的场合。

The Variseal is a high-performance, U-shaped PTFE seal with a special built-in spring, which achieves excellent sealing through the appropriate elasticity plus the system fluid pressure to push out the sealing lip (surface) and gently press the metal surface sealed. The actuating effect of the spring can overcome the slight eccentricity of the metal mating surface and wear of the sealing lip to continuously maintain the desired sealing performance.
PTFE is a sealing material with better chemical resistance than perfluoro rubber and good heat resistance to be applicable in most chemical fluids, solvents, hydraulic fluids and lubricants, as well as very small swellability to ensure long-term sealing performance. We use various special springs to overcome the elasticity problem of PTFE or other high-performance rubber and plastics and develop seals that can replace a vast number of seals applied in static or dynamic (reciprocating or rotary) motions in temperature ranging from refrigerant temperature to 300°C and under pressure ranging from vacuum to ultra-high pressure of 700kg while moving at a speed up to 20m/s. Depending on different environments, we choose stainless steel, Elgiloy, Hastelloy, etc. for seals applied in various high-temperature corrosive fluids.
